Update 1/26/10

We're going through some changes here in New Guys Land. Bobby Mazzafero has decided to go in a different direction. We wish him all the best. Gary Brooks has also been involved in other projects that are taking all his time, so we decided to give him the space to do his own thing. We wish him well in all his endeavors. We welcome back our old friend Jack Kowet on sax. He has worked with us in the past. When  he became available, we jumped at the chance to play with him again. We're playing at the Eastside Bar and Grill this Saturday 1/30, we hope to see you there. Thank you for supporting live music in the Hudson Valley.

 Welcome to our band website.The New Guys are a hard working four piece band, playing a mix of tunes from many genre's, including Blues, R&B, and Classic Rock. Recently, someone at a club we were playing in said "You guys sound like a freight train in a hurricane!" Well, we think this is a compliment, so we'll take it. We have been playing clubs throughout the Hudson Valley for a few years now, evolving into an all-purpose band. We can play as background music in a supper club type setting, playing primarily acoustic instruments, right on up to a full blown roadhouse rockin' blues band. So give us a call should you need this type of versatility of music at your next special event, party, club, etc. We look forward to hearing from you.
